India A struck early through Anshul Kamboj, who dismissed opener Niroshan Dickwella for 10, caught by Shaik Rasheed in the slips. Kamboj maintained disciplined lines to give the visitors the perfect start with the ball.
At the crease, Nuwanidu Fernando (4)* and Pawantha Weerasinghe (6)* are attempting to rebuild the innings, with Weerasinghe finding the boundary off Auqib Nabi. India A will look to capitalize on the early breakthrough and put Sri Lanka A under further pressure.
